Old Police Stores
The room where Chief Constable Solomon was reputed to be murdered.

The tour continues down to the basement to the old police stores. This is where the police uniforms were kept but also the room where Chief Constable Henry Solomon was reputably murdered in 1844.
Bathroom facilities lead off into an adjacent room which dates back to the Victorian period.
