The museum opens for the summer season at the beginning of April. It is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays thereafter until 1st November. Winter season openings are on the first and third Saturday of each month, or by pre-arranged party bookings.
Access is only by pre-booked guided tours at 10.30 am when the museum is open.

Special group visits may also be arranged for schools, colleges, community groups, conferences etc. on written request to the Old Police Cells Museum c/o Town Hall, Brighton. BN1 1JA
Unfortunately, the museum is not accessible to wheelchair users because of the steps involved in this historic old building.
Entrance to the museum is free but donations are most welcome.
